Any concession approved may be withdrawn or modified by notice in the Gazette.

NEW CONCESSION APPLICATION FORMS

New concession application forms are now available for use. The form is to be used for tariff industry assistance under Part II Tariff references 25, 26 and 99. Forms C276 and C277 should no longer be used and any stocks held should be destroyed. Supplies of the new form are available from Collectors of Customs and offices of the Ministry of Commerce at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
