Declaring Stopped Road to be Incorporated in the District of Buller

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (5) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the portion of stopped road, described in the Schedule hereto, to be incorporated with the land in deferred payment licence No. 448 recorded in the register book No. 7D/215 held from the Crown by Whitecliffs Farms Limited at Buller Gorge, subject to memorandum of mortgage 320333.8.
