Amending Notice Road Deviation at Ashburton Gorge Road—Blowing Point Bridge Approaches

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 23rd day of July 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of July 1992, No. 118 at page 2608, by deleting from the Third Schedule, the following: "4.1480", and inserting "4.0991".

Crown Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity—Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the generation of electricity.
