Land Acquired for Government Road in Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for Government road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Rodney District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in the Rodney District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule, to be taken and vested in the Rodney District Council.

Road Realignment in Westland District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Westland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The area marked “B” on the plan shall be administered by the Department of Conservation subject to the Conservation Act 1987.

(ii) The area marked “C” on the plan shall be administered by the Department of Conservation subject to the Conservation Act 1987.

(iii) The area marked “E” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/66 and shall also be incorporated in Renewable Lease No. 1095 recorded in register book, Volume 1C, folio 605, held from Landcorp Investments Limited at Hokitika, subject to memorandum of mortgage 087173.3, Westland Land Registry.

(iv) The area marked “G” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/67 and shall also be incorporated in Renewable Lease No. 608 recorded in register book, Volume 1C, folio 727, held from Landcorp Investments Limited at Hokitika, subject to memorandum of mortgage 087173.3, Westland Land Registry.
