Mental Health Act 1969

Declaration of Psychiatric Hospital at Wanganui Base Hospital Wanganui

Pursuant to section 6 of the Mental Health Act 1969, the Minister of Health declares the building described in the Schedule hereto to be a psychiatric hospital for the purposes of the Mental Health Act.

Schedule

Stanford House Medium Secure Unit is a separate building situated on the land and campus known as Wanganui Base Hospital, Wanganui. It is located on Lot 21, part of Lot 20, D.P. 2045, Lot 2, part of Lot 7, D.P. 3266, being part Section 11, Right Bank, Wanganui River, Lot 2, D.P. 24701, Lot 20, D.P. 2056.

Establishment of New Distribution Committee of the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board Under Section 116K of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Pursuant to section 116K of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, as amended 1987, I hereby declare the establishment of a new Distribution Committee of the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board to be known as the Lottery Environment and Heritage Committee.

New Zealand Dairy Board—Notice of Election of Director for Wellington Ward

I, Brian Eric Clarke, Returning Officer, appointed under section 10 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, do hereby give notice of a poll to elect a director for the Wellington Ward on the New Zealand Dairy Board; and I do hereby give further notice that Thursday, 15 October 1992, is the date on which the roll of electors for this ward shall be closed; that the nominations of candidates for the election of a director for the said ward must be in my hands by noon on Thursday, 19 November 1992, and that in the event of more than one candidate being nominated in the said ward, a poll will be held and such a poll will close at noon on Thursday, 10 December 1992.
