Notice of Intention to Apply for Dissolution of the Company

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Century Hutchinson New Zealand Limited (hereinafter called “the company”):

In terms of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955, I, Malcolm David Butler of 50 Kensington Avenue, Mount Eden, Auckland, New Zealand, the company secretary of the above-mentioned company, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland for a declaration of dissolution for the company and unless there are written objections lodged with the said District Registrar or Companies in respect of the proposed dissolution of the company within 30 days of the date of the publication of this notice, the company may be dissolved by the District Registrar.

The company is a non-trading entity and the application for dissolution is to be made for the sole purpose of group restructuring and reorganisation.
