Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, with reference to DSL Group NZ Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of September 1992, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited appointed Stephen John Tubbs of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Robert Jones House, corner of Colombo and Armagh Streets, Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture, dated the 28th day of June 1978.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Trust Bank, Canterbury, with reference to Oakwood Manor Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of September 1992, the bank appointed Alan James Cunningham and Kieran Joseph Sweetman, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Auckland and Christchurch respectively, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 21st day of November 1986 and memorandum of mortgage, dated the 10th day of October 1991.
