Amending a Notice Stopping and Vesting a Road in the Gisborne District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 23rd day of July 1992, No. 114, page 2538, under the heading Part Tabora Wharekopae Road Stopped and Vested in Gisborne District (I.N. 6661) by

(1) deleting from the last line of the declaration the words “to be stopped and vested in certificate of title 3A/167” and substituting therefore the words “to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3A/167 subject to mortgages numbers 130003.1 and 130003.2”.

(2) by inserting above the signature of the district manager the words “Dated at Gisborne this 13th day of July 1992”.
