now known together as Section 2, S.O. 55899, the area of stopped road seventhly described and the area of land taken thirty described, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 55900, and the area of stopped road eighthly described, now known as Section 2, D.O. 55900, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6A/285, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 977612.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area of stopped road ninetieth described and the area of land taken fourthly described, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 55902, the area of stopped road tenthy described and the area of land taken fifthly described, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 55903, and the area of stopped road eleventh described and the area of land taken sixthly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 55904, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26A/376, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 773980A.9, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The area of stopped road twelfthly described shall be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1981.

(v) The areas of stopped road thirteenth to twenty-ninth described, inclusive, and the areas of land taken seventieth to ninety described, inclusive, shall be subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
