Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on Ln8683
the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set
apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting Landcorp
place, bathing place, landing place and a place of cultural and
historical significance as a former urupa and pa site for the Land Act 1948
common use and benefit of the beneficial owners, their
descendants and the Ngati Maru tribe. Land in Wellington Land District Forfeited

Schedule Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby
