Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Rodney District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

534 square metres, more or less, being Lot 35, D.P. 38691, situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District. Part certificate of title 748/6.

Appointment of the Taupo District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation hereby appoints the Taupo District Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.

Declaring Land Vested in the Crown to be Vested in The Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board

Pursuant to section 7 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1969 (as substituted by section 98 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983) and section 69 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, I, Simon David Upton, Minister of Health, with the consent of the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board, hereby declare the land in the Schedule hereto, to be vested in The Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board in fee simple for hospital purposes (within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1969).

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation, camping, catchment for water supply, scenic and mahinga kai for the common use and benefit of the owners of Rawhiti 2A3B2C2 and their descendants. The name of the reservation (all three (3) areas) is to be known as Kaingaora.
