Revocation of Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct
Notice No. 5181 (100—A1—07)
Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960, and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby revoke the approval of New Zealand Sheepdog Trial Association Incorporated to adopt the code of ethical conduct of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Notice No. 4934 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 21st day of August 1989 at page 3905 is hereby revoked.

Noxious Plants Act 1978
Notice Revoking Classification of Woolly Nightshade (Solanum mauritianum) as a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 5176; Ag. 1570-03-3)
Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby revokes the declaration of woolly nightshade (Solanum mauritianum) as a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Taranaki Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority, appearing in the Schedule to the notice entitled Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Taranaki Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority (No. 4972; Ag. 12/10/18/6) published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 22nd day of March 1990, No. 43, page 954.
This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Initiation of Dumping Investigation: Reinforcing Steel Bar From India
Notice is hereby given that, Alexander Hugh McPhail, Manager, Trade Remedies Group, Ministry of Commerce, acting pursuant to section 10 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, have initiated an investigation to determine both the existence and effect of alleged dumping of the goods listed in the Schedule to this notice, being satisfied that sufficient evidence has been provided that:
(a) The goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand are being dumped; and
(b) By reason thereof material injury to an industry has been or is being caused, or is threatened.
Schedule
Country of Origin: India.
Description of Goods Subject to Investigation:
Bars or rods of non-alloy steel, hot rolled, hot drawn or hot extruded, not in coils, whether or not twisted after rolling or containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformations, of a circular cross section, containing less than 0.25% by weight of carbon.
The goods are currently classified under tariff items:
7214.20.00.01H, 7214.20.00.09C, 7214.20.00.19L,
7214.40.00.01E, 7214.40.00.09L, 7214.40.00.19H
The tariff items and statistical keys are provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.

The Unsafe Goods (Toy Guns) Notice 1992
Pursuant to section 31 of the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Minister of Consumer Affairs gives the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods (Toy Guns) Notice 1992.

Certain toy guns that fire projectiles declared to be unsafe goods—The goods described in the Schedule to this notice are declared to be unsafe goods.
Schedule
(a) Toy guns of the type commonly known as “Spy Gun”.
(b) Toy guns of the type commonly known as “Secret Cap Pistol” that do not have a blocking plug securely affixed into the end of the barrel preventing the emission of projectiles, particles or other objects from the barrel.
(c) Toy guns of the type commonly known as “Super Cap Gun” that do not have a blocking plug securely affixed into the end of the barrel preventing the emission of projectiles, particles or other objects from the barrel.
