Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Committee of Inspection

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Harrington Construction Limited (in liquidation).

By order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 7th day of September 1992, John Buchanan and Stephen Hotchin, both of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection comprised of Ron Mason, fitter of Auckland; Maree McNeill, managing director of Auckland and Heinz Wegner, manager of Auckland.
