The trustees of the JP Wilkins Trust and the trustees of the S R Wilkins Trust, hereby give notice that on the 11th day of September 1992, they appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, joint and several receivers and managers of all the undertaking and all of the property, both present and future of Mt Hutt Resort Management Limited (in receivership), pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 18th day of November 1991, a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 29th day of November 1991.
