Second Schedule

Amount of Anti-Dumping Duty

The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid in respect of the above goods shall be the amount by which the normal value (VFD equivalent) exceeds the value for duty of the subject goods when entered for home consumption. The normal value (VFD equivalent) is the normal value determined in accordance with section 5 of the Act plus any amounts deductible from the purchase price of the goods in accordance with section 4 (1) (a) of the Act for the purposes of determining the export price in accordance with section 4 of the Act.

The anti-dumping duty shall apply in respect of all subject goods imported into New Zealand from 15 June 1992, this being the date of provisional direction given pursuant to section 16 of the Act.

The Customs Department will hold a list of the normal value (VFD equivalent) amounts for importation purposes for the individual suppliers investigated and for other suppliers from the countries investigated.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 June 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Mr Alistair Graham on behalf of Christchurch City Council in respect of the Civic Childcare Centre, corner of Montreal and Armagh Streets, Christchurch.
