Advertising Rates
The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991.
Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.
Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.
The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Animal Remedies Act 1967
Licenses Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 5170; Ag. 154)
Pursuant to sections 21 (6), 26A and 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, The Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that licences have been issued, reissued or revoked in the Schedules hereto;

The licences for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licences issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.

The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies and may be administered to an animal only:
in the case of PAR Class I
(i) by a veterinary surgeon;
(ii) or under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon
in the case of PAR Class II
(i) by a veterinary surgeon;
(ii) or in the presence and under the direct control of a veterinary surgeon
in the case of PAR Class III: By a veterinary surgeon.

The remedies listed in Schedule III are provisionally licensed subject to the conditions shown in respect of them.

The licences for remedies listed in Schedule IV are licences which have lapsed or have been withdrawn by the licensee.
