Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Marac Fire & General Insurance Limited, New Zealand Vehicle Finance Limited, Nomana Developments Limited, Nowland Financial Services Limited, NZI International Financial Services Limited, Reabern (Hawkes Bay) Limited, Revolving Credit Limited and The New Zealand Investment Mortgage and Deposit Company Limited (all in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute books of the above-named companies on the 31st day of August 1992, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed by each of the above companies, namely:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

A declaration of solvency has been filed in compliance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the joint liquidators of the above-named companies which are being wound up, does hereby fix the 2nd day of October 1992, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
