Land at 75–77 and 79 Yaldhurst Road Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

1301 square metres, situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 10723; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 14960, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
