Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to sections 60 (2) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes limited access road and part of State Highway 25.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Areas “G” and “K”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 59277, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/1172, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 734054.1. and H. 531347.4., South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “H” and “L”, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 59277, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/1173, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “I” and “M”, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 59277, and area “E”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 59277, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/200, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 097203.3., South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Rotorua and Western Bay of Plenty Districts

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of July 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 July 1992, No. 118, page 2602, realigning road in Rotorua and Western Bay of Plenty Districts by deleting “and 4” from paragraph (d) (ii) and substituting “and 5”.
