Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title will be issued in the name of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described under Part IVA of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless a caveat in Form M in the Second Schedule to the Act, modified where necessary to suit the circumstances is lodged forbidding same within a calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
