Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, and
in the matter of Alliance Petroleum New Zealand Limited (in liquidation):

We, John Stewart Drage and Alan Raymond Isaac, both of Wellington, chartered accountants (acting as liquidators of the above-named company), hereby give notice that by duly signed entry in the minute book, the following special resolution was passed on the 18th day of August 1992:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 274 (4) of the Companies Act 1955.
