In the notice with the above heading dated 17 January 1992 and published in the Gazette of 23 January 1992, No. 6, at page 140, the description of the second described area of land to read; ‘Subdivision 2 of Lot 61, D.P. 32’ which description appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.

Road Stopped in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that area ‘I’, now known as Section 1, S.O. 50241, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44B/523, South Auckland Land Registry.
