Pork Industry Board—Election of Producers’ Representatives Ward No. 1 and 4—Roll of Eligible Electors

Notice is hereby given that a copy of the rolls of pig producers eligible to vote in the forthcoming elections for one producer member to represent each of Ward No. 1 and 4 on the Pork Industry Board will be available for inspection at the following places:

(1) Head Office, Pork Industry Board, Level 11, Dalmuir House, 114 The Terrace, Wellington.

(2) Head Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Wellington.

(3) District Offices, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Whangarei, Pukekohe, Blenheim, Invermay and Invercargill.

(4) Ian Rowe, P.I.B. Consultant Office, Lincoln University.

The rolls will be available for inspection from 1 March to 30 April 1992.

Corrigendum
Amendment to a Notice Reclassifying Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice dated the 12th day of September 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 136, page 2938, by omitting from the Schedule the words “Part Section II,” and inserting in their place the words “Part Section 2.”

Vesting of a Reserve in the Central Otago District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the Bannockburn Community Centre described in the Schedule hereto in The Central Otago District Council, in trust for the purposes of a local purpose reserve (site for a public hall and library).
