Road Realignment Tiniroto Road, Gisborne District

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Tasman District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
