Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Bramwell Scaffolding (Christchurch) Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of August 1992, the bank appointed Warwick John Ainger and Andrew John Tomlin, both chartered accountants of Ainger Tomlin, 116 Riccarton Road, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 17th day of June 1980.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited, at Auckland, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to the provisions of a debenture dated the 22nd day of May 1992, granted by Reine Wolle Limited (in receivership) at Winton, Southland (“the company”) in favour of the said Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited on the 19th day of August 1992, it appointed Alan Arthur Millar and Christopher James Shaw, both of Invercargill, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receiver and manager of all of the assets and undertaking of the company under the provisions of the said debenture.

Notice is hereby given by Clive Leonard Grice and Annette Joan Grice of Pukekohe, being the holders by way of assignment (pursuant to a deed of assignment of debenture, dated the 21st day of September 1991) of a debenture, dated the 24th day of February 1988 and registered on the 29th day of February 1988, given in favour of the Bank of New Zealand by General Tractor and Machinery Limited, that on the 17th day of August 1992, they appointed David Richardson Hosking of Harward Merchant Finance Limited, whose office is at Redoubt Road, Manukau City, as receiver and manager of all the property and undertaking of General Tractor & Machinery Limited, pursuant to the powers conferred by the said debenture.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effect, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
