Bankruptcy Notices
Addendum
On the 6th day of May 1992, a notice was published which stated that the administration of various bankrupt estates had been completed and that the statements of account had been filed in the High Court at Hamilton. The notice advised the date upon which the High Court would hear an application for orders of release from the administration of those bankrupt estates.
Included in the list of names in that notice was Thomas Eon Jacobsen. The Official Assignee acknowledges that Mr Jacobsen’s bankruptcy was annulled, pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the date of adjudication, the 23rd day of October 1986, and therefore, that it was incorrect to include the name in a list of bankrupt estates.
