(b) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 35 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be limited access road, which becomes road, limited road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for Road, Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road and Road Stopped in the District of Buller

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Buller District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
