Notice of a Creditors Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Battered Women’s Support Line Incorporated.
Notice is hereby given that at duly constituted meetings held on the 5th day of August 1991 and the 16th day of September 1991, the above-named society resolved to wind up voluntarily and accordingly, a meeting of creditors will be held in the boardroom, Fourth Floor, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Anglesea and Bryce Streets, Hamilton, on Monday, the 24th day of August 1992 at 10.30 a.m.
