Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited, a company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of July 1992, it appointed Alan James Cunningham and Rodney Gilchrist Parker, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receiver and manager of the book debts of Glenfield Graphics Limited (in liquidation) (“the company”), under the provisions of a debenture dated the 9th day of June 1992, granted in its favour by the company.

The address of the said Alan James Cunningham and Rodney Gilchrist Parker, is at the offices of Messrs Ernst & Young, National Mutual Centre, 37–41 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of a Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to a debenture in its favour dated the 16th day of July 1991, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of August 1992, it appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer as receiver and manager of Creative Flooring Limited’s property.

The offices of the receiver and manager are care of Jeff Meltzer and Associates, Chartered Accountants, P.O. Box 6302, Wellesley Street, Auckland.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of Creative Flooring Limited’s undertakings, property and assets including uncalled capital wheresoever situated.
