New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Land at Tangiwai to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

All that piece of land containing 16.4555 hectares (40a2r26p), being Section 1, Block XII, Karioi Survey District; and being all the land comprised and described in G.N. B. 231209.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
