I, Anthony Bell, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving Nelson Road Touring Club Incorporated NL.I.S. 225253 was made in error and that the declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Declaration Reinstating a Dissolved Society

Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

I, Anthony Bell, Assistant Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies hereby declares that the Rai Vally Trading Society NL.I. & P.S. 210105, which was dissolved on the 22nd day of January 1992, pursuant to section 6 (a) (iii) of the said Act has now produced satisfactory evidence that the society continues to be in operation and is therefore reinstated pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.
