Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 30th day of June 1992 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $750,000.00 to $367,500.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the District Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of July 1992. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of Eastella Orchards Limited is $367,500.00 divided into 367,500 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each having been reduced from $750,000.00 divided into 750,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each."
