DFC New Zealand Limited (subject to statutory management), acting through its statutory manager, John Anthony Waller, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 129 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, being a shareholder of Zealcorp Financial Limited ("the company"), hereby gives notice that it proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the company and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
