Wakari Dairy (1984) Limited, with reference to Maskin Properties Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of July 1992, Wakari Dairy (1984) Limited appointed Christopher Paul Worth and Richard Stewart McKnight, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Coopers & Lybrand, Forsyth Barr House, Octagon, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of December 1991.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

On Wednesday, the 29th day of July 1992, in the New Zealand Herald, a public notice was published in relation to an application to wind up New Zealand Duty Free Limited. On the same day a similar notice was published in the New Zealand Gazette.

The advertisement was placed in error, as the amount payable had been agreed between the parties and that agreed amount had already been paid in full by New Zealand Duty Free Limited.
