Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 63 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (5), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be incorporated with the land in pastoral lease No. P.19 entered in the Register book, Volume 46, folio 197, subject to land improvement agreement 120728 and memoranda of mortgage 96883.3, 97332, 111168 and 135222.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4D/829, subject to memoranda of mortgage 149718.2 and 146850.3.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:
