Easement for Water Supply Purposes Acquired in Kapiti Coast District
Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares an easement in gross, in favour of The Kapiti Coast District Council, for water supply purposes, as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1981, to be acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty the Queen for use, convenience and enjoyment of road and acquiring pursuant to section 28 (b) easements in gross:
(i) in favour of the Kapiti Coast District Council for water supply purposes over areas marked “H”, “J”, “K”, “N”, “O”, “P”, “R”, “S” “T”, “U”, “X” and “Z” on S.O. 36791, as defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952; and for a right of way over areas marked “H”, “V”, “X” and “Z” on S.O. 36791, as defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952.
