Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a written delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to an historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of the Name of Part of the Rainbow Falls Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the scenic reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as part of the Rainbow Falls Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve.
