Buildings of the General Government Declared to be a Public Reserve (Historic) Under the Reserves Act 1977

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart as a public reserve (historic) under the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the public right of way created by section 41 (2) of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act 1914.

Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block LI, Hokonui Survey District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that such land shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped in the Tararua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington.

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares:

(i) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 89, folio 273, subject to mortgage No. 628773.2.
