Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to me, pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to note the re-entry by Simmons & Son Builders, the lessor under and by virtue of memorandum of lease B. 410769.1 in all that parcel of land containing 2067 square metres, more or less, being Lots 10 and 26, Deposited Plan 15984 and being part Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 54A/1066 in which Akwilwi Systems Limited is the lessee and I intend to notify the re-entry upon the Register at the expiration of 1 month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
