Business:

1. To receive and consider the liquidator’s accounts showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

2. To be proposed as an extraordinary resolution:

“That the books and records of the company and of the liquidator be committed to the custody of Lane Walker Rudkin Limited and that after the expiration of 2 years from the date of dissolution those books and papers or any part thereof, may be destroyed at such times as Lane Walker Rudkin Limited may determine.”
