Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The trustees of Riddell Foundation Trust, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of July 1992, they appointed John Robert Buchanan of Auckland, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of Paul Alison Productions (1986) Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of June 1988, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.

Office of the receiver is care of J. R. Buchanan & Associates, 433 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland.
