Realignment of Te Onepu Road—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor,
Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the road
described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and declares
that:

(i) The area marked “F” on the plan shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title M4/466.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto
to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981 and that the said land (now known as Section 5, S.O.
9985) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
M4/466.

Realignment of Te Onepu Road Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor,
Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in The
Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the
road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and
declares that:

(i) The areas marked “D” and “I” now known as Sections 1
and 2, S.O. 9987, shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title D4/1011.

(ii) The areas marked “G”, “M” and “R” now known as
Sections 3, 4 and 6, S.O. 9987 shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title G3/1390.

(iii) The area marked “N” now known as Section 7,
S.O. 9987 shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title L2/1224.

(iv) The area marked “Q” now known as Section 8,
S.O. 9987 shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title L2/1224.

(v) The area marked “W” now known as Section 9,
S.O. 9987 shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title A3/623.

(vi) The area marked “X” now known as Section 10,
S.O. 9987 will be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title K4/1166.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto
to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981 and declares that:

(i) The area marked “C” (now known as Section 11,
S.O. 9987).
