Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Nelson Y’s Men’s Club to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Young Men’s Christian Association of New Zealand Inc (YMCA), to control and manage the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Y’s Men’s Club of Nelson to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a youth holiday and recreation camp.
