Land in Franklin District Acquired for Road and for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and further, that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Franklin District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

2960 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Maioro Survey District, being part Waikato River Bed; as shown marked “I” on S.O. Plan 58409, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Land and an Interest Over Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule, and a right to convey water over the land described in the second and fifth paragraphs of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and as modified by the additional terms and conditions described in the Third Schedule are acquired, for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.
