Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 22nd day of June 1992, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

1. That the company cannot by reasons of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up.
2. That a meeting of the creditors of the company be called within 14 days, for the purpose of discussing the company’s affairs and circumstances leading to the winding up, appointing a liquidator and considering, and if thought appropriate, appointing a committee of inspection.
