And—Pembroke Developments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the Second Floor, Baycorp House, 333 Princes Street, Dunedin—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 27th day of May 1992, an application for the winding up of Pembroke Developments Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 22nd day of July 1992 at 11 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Otago Central Electric Power Board, a body corporate of Alexandra, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Bodkins, Barristers and Solicitors, Limerick Street (P.O. Box 268), Alexandra.

The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the offices of Messrs Bodkins.
