Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955

Wales & Mackinlay Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 31st day of May 1992, hereby gives you notice that it appointed Dilkush Harry, chartered accountant of Auckland as its receiver and manager of the property of Inter National Concepts Limited which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Inter National Concepts Limited.
