Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives for Tamaki Electoral District

Pursuant to section 72 (1) of the Electoral Act 1956, I, Robert McDowall Gray, Speaker of the House of Representatives, hereby give notice that Robert David Muldoon has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the Tamaki Electoral District as from the 31st day of December 1991, and that the said seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
