Appointment of Temporary Judge of High Court

Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint

Victor Ronald Jamieson, District Court Judge

to be a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand for a period commencing on the 1st day of July 1991 and expiring on the 27th day of September 1991.

Ross Maitland Russell of Gisborne, retired Judge, a Judge of the Maori Land Court

to hold office for a period of 3 months from 13 May 1991 for the purpose of completing work before the Maori Appellate and before the Waitangi Tribunal that was unfinished at the time of his retirement.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application to Add a New Route to an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand Limited has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to provide for the operation by the airline of one Boeing 767 return service per week from points in Taiwan from points in New Zealand. Further details of this proposal can be obtained from the General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 12 July 1991.
