Take notice that on the 15th day of April 1991, an application for the winding up of Defensive Driving Corporation Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 5 Gilles Avenue, Newmarket, Auckland by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of June 1991 at 2.15 p.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
